Are You Tracking Santa This Year?

If you have little ones (or big ones) at home that will be looking for Santa this Christmas Eve, you can log on to the official Santa Tracker to follow his progress through U.S. military radar.

NoradLogoNational Public Radio had a great story this morning on why for more than 50 years, NORAD and its predecessor, the Continental Air Defense Command (CONAD) have tracked Santa’s flight. The children of Col. Harry Shoup, commander of the CONAD in 1955, talk about how their dad helped to create the U.S. military’s Santa Tracker.
