Track Your Volunteer Hours

Recognizing and honoring volunteers sets a standard for service, encourages a sustained commitment to civic participation, and inspires others to make service a central part of their lives.

The President’s Volunteer Service Award recognizes individuals, families, and groups that have achieved a certain standard – measured by the number of hours of service over a 12-month period or cumulative hours earned over the course of a lifetime.

Track Your Volunteer Hours

Register for your Volunteer Record

Volunteer Hours are recorded to provide an official record of volunteering as well as quantifying the overall volunteer workload provided to Ellsworth AFB and surrounding communities. The most effective means of recording volunteer hours is for each volunteer to maintain their own documentation forms.

Use  the following Record of Service Key if the A&FRC is going to be your certifying organization: QNF-34851

Awards are given to youth ages 14 and under who have completed 50 or more hours of volunteer service; to individuals 15 and older who have completed 100 or more hours; and to families or groups who have completed 200 or more hours. Lifetime achievement is recognized with a special President’s Call to Service Award, which honors those who have provided more than 4,000 hours of service over the course of their lifetime.
