TAP/DTAP Workshops

Transition Assistance Program (TAP) Workshops are hosted by the Airman & Family Readiness Center and facilitated by Department of Labor staff. Topics covered include, but are not limited to: resume writing, interviewing skills, job search, dressing for success, networking, and veterans benefits (provided by DVA representative). You are required to have completed
a Pre-Separation Counseling Briefing
prior to registering for a TAP/DTAP workshop.

Disabled Transition Assistance Program – DTAP is a briefing sponsored by the Department of Veteran Affairs, in conjunction with the Department of Defense. It is offered on the last day of the TAP Workshop. The briefing is recommended for those that are separating with a known disability or for those that are wanting information and assistance in applying for future VA Disability Benefits.
