ACC Post Deployment Survey

As of June 1, 2010, all Airmen returning from TDYs/deployments that exceeded 30 days in length are required to complete this survey.

To ensure we are deriving the most benefits from this tool, they request that every returning Airman complete the survey no earlier than 20 days and not later than 30 days after arriving home from deployment. This will give you time to reflect on your deployment, the reintegration process, and allow you time to discuss issues with your family members, if applicable.

For frequent deployers the survey only needs to be completed once each year.
